Job Title: Senior Manager of Single Game Ticketing

Department: Ticketing
Reports To: Senior Director of Single Game Ticketing & Special Events

Job Purpose:
Responsible for creating, executing and providing analysis for single game ticketing programs for the Cincinnati Reds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Manager of Single Game Ticketing will be responsible for:
  • Delivering the annual Single Game Ticket revenue and expense budget
  • Analyzing and providing recommendations on ticket sales data
  • Leveraging data to produce high-yield sales initiatives
  • Execution and development of single game ticketing offers, including ticket packages and experiences
  • Ability to create, discover, and reapply new ideas and concepts that better the business
  • Lead relationships with corporate partners to develop single game ticketing initiatives
  • Own relationships with strategic partners of the Reds
  • Collaborating effectively with Corporate Sales, Marketing, Ballpark Operations and all internal departments
  • Providing leadership reports on ticketing results
  • Significant Game Day duties


Experience, Education and Licensure:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 4-5 years professional experience in sports or entertainment is preferred
  • Ownership of P&L and a track record of working with C-level executives
  • Previous ticket experience, specifically with ProVenue, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening skills
  • Must be proficient in data reporting and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently
  • Self-starter with the ability to be creative within a structured environment


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of ProVenue system
  • Ability to develop clear and concise reports that have data based recommendations
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications) including data base knowledge
  • Ability to understand products and services, research and communicate information and record daily activities in a fast-paced environment


Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.

Work Environment:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment however employee may have “game-day” responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
  • Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays.
