Job Title: Corporate Partnerships CRM Manager

Department: Corporate Partnerships
Reports To: Senior Vice President Technology, Business Application Manager
FLSA: Salary, Exempt

Job Purpose:

Responsible for working in conjunction with the Corporate Partnership department to oversee all CRM operations for Corporate Partnerships. This includes managing any technical issues the software may have, assisting in site development, streamlining processes, and managing reports. The position is also accountable for corporate contract review and being the chief executor of corporate invoicing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support MS Dynamics CRM for the sales and fulfillment team
  • Review prospect and sold corporate sponsorship details into CRM in an accurate, timely manner
  • Create new reports based on multiple data sources, including sales projection reports
  • Field all site customization requests, including reports and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators
  • Work with fulfillment team and administrative support to promote accurate CRM data as it pertains to corporate agreements
  • Use CRM to provide accurate forecasts on revenue, sponsorship renewal and pacing of sales goals
  • Maintain current Power BI reports for sales, fulfillment and accounting while working with IT to develop new and useful reports using CRM data
  • Ensure Corporate Partnerships is integrated properly into the accounting system, including the ability to:
    • Obtain account billing information from sales and client
    • Input invoice data into system
    • Work closely with Accounts Receivable department to send invoice batches each month
    • Assist with accounts receivable data within CRM

  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • Meet Department productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three to five years’ experience in Microsoft Office
  • Three years’ experience with CRM business processes
  • Experience as a sponsorship liaison
  • Advertising sales or agency background helpful


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Windows software, MS Dynamics CRM
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Project Management experience with an emphasis on meeting deadlines
