Job Title: Coordinator, Minor League Clubhouse

Reports To: Sr. Director of Player Development

Job Purpose: To assist with the daily responsibilities of the Goodyear, Arizona complex and oversee the minor league clubhouse operations. The Coordinator, Minor League Clubhouse must work closely with the Manager, Minor League Equipment, manage the clubhouse staff in Arizona, & establish a standard of operation for the clubhouses in Arizona and Reds affiliates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day Minor League Clubhouse operations in Arizona.
- Hire and manage the clubhouse staff in Arizona
- Work closely with affiliate clubhouse managers to adhere to Reds standards and expectations.
Indirect Responsibilities:
- Ensure the clubhouse remains in good, working condition and operates at a standard reflective of the Reds culture.
- Work with the Manager, Minor League Equipment regarding player & staff needs, inventory, and budgeting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Independent judgment and ability to multitask is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Understanding of baseball operations structure.
Must be trustworthy and comfortable with managing large quantities of money and sensitive information.
High level of interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of departments, seniority levels, and personalities.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Experience, Education, and Licensure:

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience running a baseball clubhouse environment and managing a staff preferred

Requirements:

Spoken and written fluency in English. Spanish preferred.
Willing to work long, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Willing to relocate. The position is based in Goodyear, AZ
