The Club & Suite Department of the Buffalo Bills has an immediate opening for a Premium Service Intern to focus on sales, service and retention of our Premium Ticket Members.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as main point of contact for Club & Suite Member VIP tent at training camp.
Coordinate registration and giveaways for VIP guests.
Assist with Suite fulfillment & gifting during the regular season.
Submit work orders for suite maintenance & repairs.
Assist with outside events such as Suite Tasting, Away Game Watch Parties, NFL Draft Party etc.
Responsible for developing and distributing game day materials.
Package and distribute autographed merchandise and game day giveaways prior to each home game.
Assist the Club & Suite Department with contract processing, payments, mailings, and special events.
Assist with the selection and mailing of Club & Suite Member holiday gifts
Assist the Customer Service staff with incoming and outgoing calls and providing a prompt response to all service emails within the required timeframe.
Effectively provide satisfactory responses to all customer inquiries, requests and complaints.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a bachelors highly preferred.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a high pressure environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Ability to react and respond to immediate needs while managing day to day activities.

Start date will be approximately June 1, 2024. Position is required to work 40 hours/week in person.
