Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, organization, management, and execution of event/game operations at Highmark Stadium and other Buffalo Bills facilities.
  • Manage assigned area and responsibilities during Buffalo Bills home games including but not limited to: The Billevard, Game Day Live Promotions and overall Fan Experience Initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation and execution of all in-stadium activities including promotions on and off the field, anthems, pregame and postgame ceremonies and events, halftime entertainment, mascot assistance, etc.
  • Promote a positive fan experience interacting with fans during game day elements.
  • Research and implement opportunities for growth in assigned area(s).
  • Participate in site visits, create event layouts and execute organization and special events.
  • Provide administrative support for a variety of event/game related activities.
  • Assist with off-site events, errands, and deliveries as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Sports Administration, or related program. Masters preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have great people skills, be customer service oriented, and have outstanding leadership ability.
  • Must be creative to generate new ideas to enhance events.
  • Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and have great organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and be able to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Individual must be able to work without supervision on complex assignments, all while meeting established deadlines.
  • Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Qualified candidates must thrive in a team-first atmosphere and should be able to give intelligent feedback and opinions constructively.
  • Individual needs to be able to think critically and be an effective problem solver to troubleshoot and solve issues by using available resources.
  • Ability to effectively follow directions are essential.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of larger groups of people as well as one-on-one.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn other applicable computer software.
  • Candidate must be able to work up to 40-hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation.
  • Candidate must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, be on their feet for up to 8 hours, work outside in all weather conditions. Candidates must be able to throw promotional items at a variety of events.

Seasonal Term Lengths

May 2024-May 2025

Candidates must be a recent graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.

Compensation is $15-17.00/hour.
