Description

The Community Relations Intern will be responsible for assisting the Community Relations Department with a variety of community outreach activities throughout training camp and the season, including special events and games. The GA position will run June 2024 - February 2025 and requires 40+ hours per week. The training camp intern position will run July 2024 -August 2024 and requires 40+ hours per week at camp in Rochester, NY.

Duties Include

Assist in the coordination of all Community Relations activities;
Assist in the facilitation of Community Relations special events;
Assist with Community Relations department on all Buffalo Bills Foundation programs;
Promote a positive fan experience and work as a part of a creative team.

Requirements

Available for all game days and special events; including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Pursuing a degree in a related filed such as Sports Management, Business Administration or related preferred. Will consider rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude as well as demonstrate initiative.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines as they are presented and be detail orientated.
Possess computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 4 hours at a time.
Must be able to walk and navigate stadium stairs and spaces.
Must be able to life up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

This position pays between $15-$17 per hour.
