Job Summary about the Retail Brand Ambassador role:
The Retail Brand Ambassador promotes our brands and ensures guests have a memorable experience shopping at State Farm Arena. You will engage guests to help them find that perfect item that they must have. Every guest that comes in can help spread brand awareness; that’s why it’s so important for our Retail Brand Ambassadors to follow our service culture of S.M.I.L.E – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment.
