A professional basketball team and state-of-the-art arena/entertainment venue that specializes in creating memorable experiences for each guest we interact with. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Maximize Premium Seating renewal percentage by providing outstanding Customer Service to all Suite and Club Seat accounts via:
- Phone calls
- Emails
- Office Visits
- Game/Event visits
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and determine appropriate resolution for members
- Create relationships with (STM) through intrapersonal communications
- New revenue generation from:
- Up-selling of current Members.
- Adding inventory onto current Members accounts.
- Generating referrals from STM for potential new Season Ticket Plans
- Qualifying prospects met socially outside the office
- Attend and participate in season ticket member events such as networking events, season ticket member parties/gatherings, town hall meetings, etc.
- Responsible for generating new revenue from up-selling current members, generating referrals from members, and prospecting for new business. Execute sales through open communication with clients, office visits, game/event visits and offsite business meetings.

- Upgrading STM accounts
- Adding on seats to STM accounts
- Generating referrals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business or Sport Management degree preferred
- Previous sales and or event planning experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Archtics and Microsoft CRM preferred
- Customer service experience is a must
- Must possess a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
- Ideal candidate will be results-oriented and exhibit a strong desire to succeed
- Must be well organized, creative and able to multi-task
