An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Kit Coordinator within our Licensing and Merchandise Department.


Key skills & attributes:

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage critical paths and projects on time.
  • A recognition of the high standards representative of the AMF1 Brand.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of IT packages (e.g. MS Office suite).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.


The key responsibilities for this role are:

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage the internal Team Kit fulfilment process alongside AMF1’s logistics partners.
  • Co-ordination of all team clothing categories – for trackside and travelling team and AMRTC UK based employees (race team kit, travel wear, manufacturing wear, ad hoc other categories such as event clothing)
  • Intake of internal clothing orders and requests, overseen by the Merchandise Manager
  • Fulfilment of all staff orders with attention to detail & effective time prioritisation o
  • Manage and develop understanding of AMF1’s warehousing and fulfilment functions – third parties and in-house
  • Maintain stock inventory reports for Team Kit and any ad-hoc Merchandise.
  • Support with internal gifting requirements for events, F1 races, partner campaigns and fan initiatives.
  • Work with the internal freight, sea freight and logistics team to efficiently get items to races and events where required
  • Support in developing and fulfilling the division’s business plans to ensure there is a clear framework for success.
  • Partner with relevant AMF1’s departments to manage and deliver all day to day aspects of projects.

Team Management

  • Ability to work across and with various departments within AMF1 and AML.
  • Develop personal credibility amongst the team whilst upholding and adhering to the policies in place for team clothing and it’s appropriate issue
  • Support in the delivery and establishment of regular reporting procedures internally.
  • Develop personal credibility by behaving with humility and in a confident manner.


A successful candidate must hold a valid UK driving licence.
