Business Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has proven experience and success in defining new business processes, identifying the business benefits, and working within a team to successfully achieve the new workflow. The candidate will join the Business Transformation Team driving the Team to achieve our goal; to win the Formula 1 World Championship.

Business Process Manager (12 months contract: Maternity Cover) – The Role

You will be working with the Head of Business Transformation to define and maintain the business process specification and maintain the business workflow (current and future) within the key business areas. Other key duties include:

  • Support the transformation and implement change across the company. Use time and motion studies to observe the business’ needs from the core functional requirements and the business process.
  • Aid in building the business cases showing clear business benefit from process flow changes.
  • Carry out value stream analysis of current processes and identify the areas which can offer maximum return on investment.
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements for new software applications and integrations.
  • Identify and evaluate alternative design solutions to meet business requirements and processes.
  • Drive quality and commonality between all IT Business Systems groups/domains
  • Ensure members within the group and outside can rapidly contribute to efficiency and performance updates quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a business analysist reviewing business processes and implementing efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Knowledge of value stream mapping and process mapping.
  • Provides strategic thinking and leadership related to a wide range of applications and systems.
  • Proven skills in running and managing business processes, business transformation projects and a strong project delivery mindset.
  • Promote a culture building on collaboration, empowerment, transparency, and trust.

Business Process Manager (12 months contract: Maternity Cover) – The person

We are looking for a highly collaborative individual, bringing together many groups and Silo’s into a cohesive team. You will be able to build a culture promoting; managed risk taking with a safe environment to quickly learn, whilst providing emotional awareness towards the individuals and the team. In addition to this you will have proven experience in digital transformation, process mapping with a good knowledge of best practice standards and specifications.
