We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a an Intern. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in supporting and contributing to various aspects of the Human Resources department. The intern will work closely with the people operations team and gain exposure to different HR functions, including operations, recruitment, training and development, Diversity & Inclusion, HRIS, and employee wellness. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training schedules.
  • Updating Organizational Charts and Employee Directory
  • Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing events, recognition programs, and DEI programs.
  • Help administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment processes.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
