The ideal candidate will be a highly diligent, dedicated, committed, hard-working professional, who is collaborative and understands how the media, entertainment and sports industries operate!

  • Provide support to the TKO Global Partnership team, including handling phones, scheduling, office aesthetics, filing/e-filing, email correspondence and office supplies
  • Handle office management with poise and integrity, and build efficiencies in a fast paced, high-energy office
  • Serve as liaison and share information cross-functionally with departments under management
  • Review meeting notes and keep track of to-do lists/follow-ups, and build timelines and status updates for projects
  • Supervise progress and goals/objectives
  • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, briefs and travel itineraries
  • Coordinate with departments to prepare for presentations/meetings
  • Collaborate closely with staff, office managers and operations staff across business units forging working relationships.
  • Book end-to-end travel arrangements for the team and to ensure completion of trips; maintain and supervise travel preferences
  • Prepare, reconcile, submit and check team expense reports. Review all department and expenses for compliance
  • Maintain information for team contacts; maintain staff contact lists
  • Coordinate compilation of department status reports and build comprehensive summary documents
  • Prioritize department on-site logistics and attend tentpole events
  • Plan and coordinate department-wide meetings and events
  • Ability to complete daily tasks with little to no direction
  • Interact with colleagues and visitors in a timely and friendly manner
  • Stay up to date on WWE programs, characters, storylines, products, events, business results and engagement metrics
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an environment working directly with executives
  • Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience running budgets preferred
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Responsible, reliable, transparent and diligent, with a history of working with confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communications skills
  • Strong sense of tact
  • Able to interact well with employees and business partners of all levels and backgrounds
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively using good business judgment and common sense
  • Comfortable working with and maintaining various forms of technology and electronic equipment
  • Can-do positive attitude and demeanor, ability to be flexible with work hours and range of responsibilities in a multifaceted, fast-paced, heavy work-load environment
  • Critical problem solver, hardworking professional
  • Willingness to “roll-up sleeves”
  • Proven track record to prioritize
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
