Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League Club, based in North London.

The Club operates out of multiple sites, including the Training Centre in Enfield where all Women’s First Team training and coaching activities occur.
The position will involve working irregular hours (e.g. evenings / Saturdays / Sundays / Bank Holidays).
JOB PURPOSE
The Tottenham Hotspur Women FC (THWFC) is a professional team which competes in the Barclays Women’s Super League, as well as domestically in The Women’s FA Cup and The FA Women's League Cup.
Under the guidance of the Head of Analysis, work within a team of analysts to support elite-level provision of technical insights for staff and players in the pre and post-match processes in addition to the filming and analysis of training.
This role is essential for the clubs ambition to have an aligned Academy and First Team which will help the clubs productivity in local home grown players. This role includes Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday working hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the analysis needs of U14-U21 squads for matches, training and education.
Provide additional front-line filming support using camcorders and drones with First Team and U14-U21 teams.
Create and maintain video-databases for training exercises, concepts and best-practice on a team & individual level, in line with the tactical cycles and club’s philosophy.
Assist with any specific post-training analysis on individuals/units/team, producing animated videos, as required.
Review and assess individual player development, measuring effectiveness against academy philosophy.
Produce and present videos for U14-U21 video feedback for classroom sessions.
Support and lead performance analysis projects across the academy and first team.
Help to manage the academy analysis suite used by players, ensuring all hardware and software is maintained.
Attend performance analysis department to the highest of standards.
Represent the club and the department to the highest of standards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Experience working within a professional football club.
Proficiency in filming football matches and training.
A passion for football and player development.
Knowledge and experience of relevant software(s) including Hudl Sportscode
Excellent written and creative presentation skills
IT Literate & competency using a variety of video-editing software.
Skilled in using both Windows and Mac products (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Related Sports Science, Sports Coaching or Performance Analysis undergraduate degree.
Desirable
Experience of using Studio software.
Masters in Performance Analysis or related postgraduate degree.
Coaching experience/qualifications.
