The Stadium Experience Team is dedicated to delivering a famously exceptional guest experience, fostering a culture of teamwork, passion, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

This is a part-time, event day position where you’ll be the friendly face of Nissan Stadium. As a member of our team, you’ll:

Welcome fans with a smile and create lasting memories.
Assist guests with everything from mobile ticketing to seating questions.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and positivity.
Support exciting events year-round, from Titans games to concerts and more.
Report all safety concerns, maintenance issues and housekeeping needs to supervisor prior to and during events

Depending on your role, you could be:

Fan Services Team Member: Guide guests, enforce the Fan Code of Conduct, and help with mobile ticketing, ticket scanning, or ushering in the seating bowl.
Premium Assistant: Deliver top-notch service to premium guests, monitor suite access, and ensure a seamless experience.
ADA Assistance Team Member: Transport guests, manage ADA seating platforms, and resolve accessibility needs.

What We’re Looking For:

We need team players who:

Love working with people and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Stay positive, friendly, and professional—even in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Are flexible and ready to jump in where needed on event days.
Can stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
Attend in person trainings as requested

Bonus Points If You:

Have customer service or event experience.
Are bilingual.
Live in or near the Greater Nashville area.

Must Haves:

Be 18+ years old.
Commit to working at least 70% of major stadium events throughout the year.
