The CRM Administrator will manage and enhance our Salesforce platform, with a focus on assisting the ticketing and sponsorship departments to support their sales and marketing campaigns, as well as collaborating with other departments and stakeholders on any additional CRM needs. You will be responsible for using the Salesforce platform to collect, analyze, and report on customer data, as well as provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce, managing automation, and ensuring the CRM system supports the specific needs of these departments. Your role will involve optimizing processes, managing data, and providing critical insights to drive revenue growth.
