Job Summary

The primary focus of this position will be outbound 5-game plan sales for the Bradenton Marauders. This position will also assist in outbound group/hospitality sales, along with new and renewal season ticket efforts for both Spring Training and Bradenton Marauders.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

  1. Use cold call techniques, email campaigns and in person meetings to successfully sell Bradenton Marauders and Spring Training Ticket packages.
  2. Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and CRM database management.
  3. Provide superior customer service.
  4. Participate in outside networking and community promotional events to gather additional sales leads.
  5. Follow the organization's established sales process, from lead generation to execution.
  6. Maintain detailed touch point records in CRM.
  7. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies, ideas, and programs in order to produce new sales opportunities.
  8. Participate in Ultimate Toolkit Sales training and adhere to the learned sales techniques provided by the training program.
  9. Complete all other projects and tasks as assigned by Manager, Ticket Sales & Service

Secondary:

  1. Assist with season tickets sales and group and hospitality ticket sales
  2. Assist with game day duties as needed
  3. Perform other tasks as needed by other Florida Operations Staff.
