Position Overview: This part-time Group Sales Game Night Staff position is responsible for supporting the Pittsburgh Penguins Group Sales Department by providing world-class customer service and hospitality for group outings and all fans entering PPG Paints Arena.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the distribution of gifts with purchase items on special Theme Nights.
Support the execution of Group Fan Experiences before, during, and after the game.
Provide excellent customer service to Pittsburgh Penguins group outing guests and all fans in attendance.
Complete pre-game set-up and post-game breakdown of all Group Sales locations and game day initiatives.
Maintain a solid understanding of arena and department policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
Present a fun, friendly, fan-service focus and professional appearance at all games.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or currently enrolled in college.
Previous customer service experience is helpful.
Organized with the ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, customer service oriented, and able to effectively work both independently and on a team.
Able to easily lift and carry 30 lbs.
Requires prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and stair climbing to access most areas of the arena.
Flexibility to work most Pittsburgh Penguins home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
