Reports To: Group Events Coordinator
Location: Wells Fargo Center
Hours Required: 25 hours per week, including Specific Event Nights and Weekends Based on Availability and School Requirements
Qualifications: College Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students. Applicants can receive college credit, though it is not a requirement. Applicant must be willing to get involved in projects with varying degrees of difficulty. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word computer program required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Experience or interest in sales is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in promoting all Wells Fargo Center family shows and concerts to Wells Fargo Center group customers.
- Assist in promoting and implementing the Wells Fargo Center Tour Program.
- Participate in researching target markets, creating promotional materials, and developing and implementing Group Events show promotions.
- Assist in the handling existing group of core customers to include: Assisting clients in show selection, processing orders and mailing tickets.
- Assist in updating and maintaining department database.
- Assist in communication of event info to group clients (includes making calls, emails, etc.)
- Support and assist Group Events Sales Reps in daily tasks and assignments.
- Assist in Game Night and Event Night activities as needed.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
