About the role

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced individual to work with the Venue Marketing Manager to plan and deliver key campaigns to drive sales activity, increase brand awareness and support customer satisfaction in line with the venue marketing strategy.

You will support in the planning and delivery of business to business and business to customer marketing plans to achieve the clubs commercial objectives. The role will include the planning and delivery of marketing strategies across email, SMS, OOH and social channels to increase awareness and sales across all service lines. You will coordinate on site event marketing activities, including signage, promotional giveaways and customer engagement initiatives. An exciting role to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Your impact

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience with a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. It is essential you have experience in operating multi-channel marketing solutions to drive effective campaigns. You will have excellent copywriting, IT and communication skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
