About the role

We’re looking for an individual to join our Supporter Services team where you will proactively seek ways to improve the supporter experience, deepening the engagement of our existing supporters to improve supporter retention and help to deliver fan engagement targets.

This role will support the Supporter Services Manager to grow the relationship between the Club and individual supporters by providing advice to fans, promoting excellent supporter relations and dealing with fan behaviour issues.

Your impact

You will have clear, engaging and responsive communication skills and are able build rapport with supporters/ customers, with experience in handling difficult customers with sensitivity and professionalism.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential as well as Educated to A-level standard or above, preferably in related subject grade C or above and a Formal Customer Service qualification or equivalent experience.

About the team

Joining our Supporter Services team, you will report to our Supporter Services Manager and will be responsible for our Local Heroes Coordinator and Local Heroes team.
