Your day to day
We’re looking for individuals to join our Shearers team where you will:
* Support the chef to achieve appealing plate presentation with accurate portion sizes, following specification sheets for consistency.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team on all tasks, including preparation work, dishwashing, labelling and kitchen closing procedures.
* Maintain kitchen compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations.

* High level of attention to detail
* Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
* Ability to produce high-quality food
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and eagerness to learn and grow
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers
* Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
