The CRM Analyst will work closely with the Ticket Sales and Service, Premium Partnerships, and Corporate Partnerships departments to guide long-term CRM strategy and manage all CRM initiatives. This position will also help customize user interfaces, manage campaigns and opportunities, and ensure data integrity within the system. This role will also proactively find areas of opportunity to streamline internal processes, develop automation, and build scalable solutions within the CRM interface.
