CRM Analyst

The CRM Analyst will work closely with the Ticket Sales and Service, Premium Partnerships, and Corporate Partnerships departments to guide long-term CRM strategy and manage all CRM initiatives. This position will also help customize user interfaces, manage campaigns and opportunities, and ensure data integrity within the system. This role will also proactively find areas of opportunity to streamline internal processes, develop automation, and build scalable solutions within the CRM interface.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system by maintaining data integrity and troubleshoot when needed
  • Work closely with other departments to create, manage, and analyze sales campaigns and opportunities
  • Leverage analytics to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and deliver actionable insights
  • Train CRM system users on proper data entry methods and general use of the CRM system
  • Continuously monitor performance of the system and identify areas of opportunity (e.g., automate sales flows)
  • Develop strategies for data enhancements to get a full picture of the New York Jets fan
  • Design, build and maintain Power BI reports to track key performance indicators across all channels (e.g., phone calls, activities, opportunities)
  • Acquire, organize, analyze, and present data from CRM, ticket sales, email engagement, and various other business verticals
  • Manage and automate integrations between other source systems and CRM
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for our CRM administrator
  • Make recommendations on how departments can utilize CRM to achieve their goals
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis when needed to provide support to sales staff

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar CRM-related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or similar field preferred
  • Specific experience using and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools to deliver insights
  • Close attention to detail with proven ability to troubleshoot
  • Possess a collaborative mindset for internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize competing objectives under tight deadlines
