POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Video & GFX Producer supports game production, marketing and work in the professional sports and entertainment industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW:
- Creation of video content for all NJ Devils home games, Prudential Center Events, Special Events and Corporate Sponsorship Content including but not limited to all interior LED video boards, ribbon boards, social media channels and TV partners.
- Work with video and motion graphics producers to assist in design and creation of video content, in-arena videos and digital content.
- Work with Client Services in creation of sponsored elements for In-Game Presentation.
- Assist in game load-in and execution of design elements for all Devils home games and special events as assigned.
- Assist with graphic design and creating special projects when needed.
- Pitch creative concepts, develop ideas, scripts and edits to deliver final production of assigned projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Experience with Cinema 4d is a plus.
- Familiarity with Red, Black Magic and Canon ecosystems (or similar).
- Ability to partner in a team environment while working in a fast-paced setting.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage projects.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and story-telling.
- Knowledge of the game of hockey is a must.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated ability in video shooting and post-production.
- Experience as a field producer, lighting/green screen set-ups, and conducting on-camera interviews.
- Flexibility to work home games, concerts, and shows which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- This role may be required to travel on rare occasions; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position generally requires that work be performed from the Prudential Center/New Jersey Devils offices, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
