POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Analyst β Hockey Analytics position will support hockey decision-making at all levels: front office, coaching, and scouting. The role will marry a strong technical foundation with a passion to create a better understanding the game of hockey. As a member of the analytics team, this person will help leverage multiple large and complex data sets to provide insights for stakeholders in a critical, challenging, and dynamic environment. This is an entry level position The Analyst β Hockey Analytics will possess a strong technical foundation in quantitative analysis β Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics backgrounds are favored. The role requires strong team-oriented mindset that fits the self-starting, service oriented, performance driven culture of the organization and a passion to better understand the game of hockey.
