Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will produce graphics for the New England Revolution digital and print. The Graphic Designer will innovate design, branding, and content creation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the execution of the visual brand of the New England Revolution across print, digital, and audio/video platforms, ensuring that all graphics adhere to the Revolution brand guidelines

  2. Produce and design content for marketing, social media, sponsorship, ticketing, and other departments within the organization

  3. Deliver real-time content on match days

  4. Constantly develop skills and explore new creative techniques

  5. Communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment

  6. Collaborate with the marketing team on overall brand/campaign ideation and design that defines the brand voice for the organization.

  7. Create graphics for Revolution digital properties including the team website and social media

  8. Create graphics for Revolution print campaigns including templates, OOH advertisements, billboards, and more.

  9. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or relevant field of study

  • 3-5 years of experience creating various types of media including digital and print

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Mac OS

  • Strong understanding of layout (i.e. typography, balance, scale) and other design fundamental techniques

  • Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines

  • Able to take creative ideas and translate them to visual presentations

  • Motion graphic creation experience is a plus (After Effects)

  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask and collaborate across multiple projects and deadlines

  • Willingness to provide and receive quality-related feedback

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously on projects while consistently delivering projects on time through completion

  • Must exhibit professionalism and have strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be detail-oriented, conscientious, and hard-working

  • Organize personal workflows so projects are easily shared between teammates

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.

  • Must have flexible schedule, which includes nights and weekends

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
