SUMMARY
Located in the Toronto NHL Office and reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development (NY), the key responsibilities of this position involve support of NHL Corporate Partners, Marketing, NHL Club and Non-Partner stakeholder needs to ensure timely and efficient processing throughout the NHL season. Primary duties include management of campaign operations/trafficking, optimizations and inventory across all trafficking platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and track proposals & insertion orders for stakeholder media campaigns
- Manage campaign trafficking for campaign launches and optimization of digital campaigns working with the NHL Trafficking team.
- Communicate with all stakeholders to maintain quality standards, deadlines and KPIs
- Coordinate building of post campaign reports, screen shots and recap decks
- Create monthly pacing and tracking reports
- Maintain accurate filing system for all related documentation
- Support programmatic campaigns, floors, blocks and trafficking
- Monitor NHL Digital product infrastructure for site mapping/ad tagging

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Successful completion of a B.A/B.S
- 1+ years of digital media, agency or project management experience
- Direct experience with campaign trafficking, agency reporting templates
- Experience utilizing QC product tools
- Experience utilizing Operative platform, or similar order management system
- Experience utilizing the Google Ad Manager platform, or similar ad server
- Experience utilizing graphic design software (i.e.: Photoshop)
- Experience utilizing and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint & Word
