Position Summary
The Project Employee would act as general support for Partner Services responsible for assisting with project workflow for a number of day-to-day projects and programs for all the events managed within the group. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well both internally and externally. This position will report into the Director of Partner Services. This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.


Major Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support for regular season ticket requests to include submitting requests into TRS system, acting as liaison with ticketing group, tracking department requests in team tracker and working with Partner Services colleagues for proper department prioritization.
  • Assist in all aspects of All Star Weekend preparation to include sending invitations for both business guests and contractual obligations, weekly RSVP reports, contractual seating and distribution, hotel management, Partner receptions, suite checks and partner scrimmage.
  • Provide support for all global games to include Abu Dhabi, Mexico and Paris games. Primary role will be to assist with sending digital tickets, work with regional offices on contractual ticket obligations, RSVP updates and confirmations to partners and planning of partner receptions.
  • Serve as primary support for the Draft to include invite collection, process enforcement, sending digital tickets for both business invites and contractual obligations, and assist with seating using Social Tables platform.
  • Assistance on WNBA All Star to encompass working with account teams to confirm contractual ticket obligations, assist with sending GPM invites and confirmation letters, RSVP reports, and business seating using Social Tables platform.
  • Manage the Holiday Card program for GPM to include crafting appropriate communication, creating and managing excel tracker for the department.
  • Oversee the League Pass Code program for both NBA and WNBA to include department communication, working with MOT, and managing code distribution.
  • Assist with organizing Town Halls for the WNBA and the G League
  • Work on reconciling the department purchase card expense report to include collecting and reviewing purchase card usage requests, track billing codes and receipts, complete coding and expense reconciling in Concur for each month’s billing cycle.


Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and engage multiple stakeholders in a challenging fast paced environment!
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask effectively, and to organize and prioritize projects as directed.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization that requires coordination and collaboration across multiple departments and sub-departments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and highly proficient in Excel and Word.

Experience Needed

  • 1-4 years experience or college grad who is a quick learner.
