POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sr. Manager, Premium Services & Sales will serve as the leader of the Premium Services team, working to deliver a world-class experience to all Nashville SC Premium Members. This position will be responsible for implementing and overseeing retention and renewal campaigns, identifying and creating new premium business opportunities, driving premium membership sales, and leading relationships with key internal departments and stakeholders. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Premium & Membership Services and collaborate closely with the Director, Ticket Sales for maximizing premium retention and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an overall leader for the premium team by spearheading new and current initiatives, managing department projects, and driving optimal results from all team members.
  • Manage, mentor and lead each direct report, appropriately providing support, guidance, feedback and assistance.
  • Guide team to meet and exceed determined revenue goals tied to multi-year premium seating, hospitality spaces, single game groups, and season sales.
  • Work with current staff to sell multi-year premium inventory, with a specific focus on suite and loge retention and sell-through strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the premium member base, achieving maximum renewal results and generating additional revenue, through team-based relationship development, annual engagement and benefit fulfillment.
  • Serve as the team expert for generating new premium sales opportunities and devising tactical approaches for soccer matches, concerts, and other various events at GEODIS Park.
  • Play a key role in the short-term and long-term planning of the different premium offerings at GEODIS Park.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with fellow ticketing managers to ensure alignment across the ticketing team.
  • Interact and build relationships with our internal and external partners (ex: Levy Restaurants, GEODIS Park Stadium Operations, Guest Experience) and work to provide support as we deliver legendary experiences.
  • Serve as the liaison between the premium team and all other Nashville SC departments, including marketing, corporate partnerships, business strategy and analytics, legal, finance and more.
  • Lead the planning and execution of specific Premium Member events and benefits throughout the year to strengthen relationships and provide unique experiences.
  • Effectively utilize Archtics, CRM, and other tools to maximize outreach, drive strategy for all premium products, and achieve department goals
  • Utilize data provided in surveys, reviews of Premium Members and analytic reporting to positively impact the member experience and likelihood to renew.
  • Contribute positively to the ticketing team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of four years of customer service, premium sales, or hospitality industry experience required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Sports Management, Business or related field preferred
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm about contributing to the success of the department and club
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Above average knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel, and database-related platforms
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems, PowerPoint and CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if necessary
  • Soccer knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaker a plus, but not required
