POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an integral part of the Business Strategy and Analytics team, this Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the overall data strategy for Nashville Soccer Club and GEODIS Park business operations. This role will primarily focus on our CRM environment and related analytical needs to aid in driving business decisions. A successful candidate will be excited to tackle data initiatives on a daily basis, develop user interfaces and visualizations that are streamlined and insightful, and balance independent work with a healthy dose of collaboration across several departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage organizational usage of the CRM system (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including reporting, lead generation and management, internal process improvement, and data manipulation
  • Monitor and maintain customer data quality and data hygiene across multiple platforms
  • Develop reports and dashboards that visualize data and drive insights for Ticketing, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and the Executive Team in both Salesforce and Tableau
  • Create and maintain digital forms that drive data capture and lead generation
  • Maintain and analyze post-match surveying and reporting
  • Create and upload email audiences for Marketing communications
  • Train and support all Salesforce users across the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for system errors / operational issues
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and additional duties as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • Analytical experience through an educational program, analyst role, or a similar capacity – Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms or other database administration preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Experience with a coding language (SQL, Python, R) preferred
  • Comfortable working with a range of department stakeholders and balancing their priorities
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications and ability to be a team player
