Part-time Public Safety Event Staff and Backstage staff

Title: Day Shift & Evening Backstage Event Staff Positions

Brief Overview of Position:

Public Safety Part-time Event Staff for daytime shifts & afternoon/Evening backstage security. We are currently looking for trustworthy and detail-oriented individuals that can work in our high-profile areas. We are also looking for individuals that are available to work event security positions during the day. These positions will require the applicant to be professional, able to work extended hours and able to practice confidentiality as the role requires interactions with artists, athletes, and VIP’s. These positions may require standing and the individual should also be flexible in situations that may require a change of assignment or position.

Areas of Responsibility:

· Provide friendly customer service.

· Perform credential checks for anyone entering backstage area.

· Maintaining a safe and inclusive backstage stage environment

· Verbally answer questions from staff and the Guest.

· Perform other duties as assigned by Public Safety Management.

Minimum Requirements:

· 21 Years Old.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to serve the company and public.

· Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

· Customer service experience.

· Ability to speak and communicate clearly with others. Strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to read and write clearly and legibly in order to draft clear, thorough incident reports.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

· Previous security experience an asset.

· Applicants must pass a background check.

· Must have or be able to obtain TN Private Protective Services Unarmed Security Guard license.

Pay rate: $15-18/hour

Essential Physical Functions:

· Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.

· Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time and climb stairs.

· Lifting requirements – must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Wearing face mask and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for long periods of time. As directed by the event.
