Greeter

Greeters are responsible for a wide range of duties which include but are not limited to proactively assisting guests with inquiries, directing guests to their seating section, providing accurate facility information (nearest ATM, Guest Services location, store locations, F&B options, interactive experiences taking place during the event, Miami HEAT/Kaseya Center upcoming events) and providing a safe environment.

Elevator Greeter

Elevator Greeters duties include but are not limited to proactively welcoming guests into the facility from our P2 Garage Level and/or Premium & Disabled Guest Entrances, assisting guests with inquiries, picking up/dropping off & directing guests to their seating section, providing accurate facility information (nearest ATM, Guest Experience location, store locations, F&B options, interactive experiences taking place during the event, Miami HEAT/Kaseya Center upcoming events) and providing a safe environment.

Premium Concierge

The Premium Concierge serves as liaison between Kaseya Center premium guests and the Arena staff to ensure that Five Star Service is provided as it relates to, but not limited to Ticketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and general Arena Operations. The Premium Concierge manage the Premium entrances, from the luxury suite level to center court seats, and assist with guest service issues providing top customer services to the Elite members.

Conversion Staff Member

Conversion crew performs a variety of behind-the-scenes functions for the building like maintaining, moving, storing staging equipment and setting tables, chairs, pipe & drape as directed. You must be available to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) that include different shifts revolving around events at the arena.

A Team Member

The Mobile Team is seeking team-oriented, enthusiastic, tech-friendly individuals to join our department and help achieve our fan-facing goals. As a member of the A-Team, you will collaborate with our department to assist with: mobile ticketing, the Miami HEAT app, mobile ordering, HEAT Rewards loyalty program, our arena-wise cashless initiative, HEAT Elite VIP reservations, and all other things HEAT tech. As a member of the A-Team, you will be required to work all home HEAT games, a select number of concert/live events and assist in the game or event day set up and preparation.

Maintenance

Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a clean appearance of the parking facilities by performing all assigned maintenance and cleaning tasks, as well as assisting the Maintenance supervisor in prepping the area for events within a timely manner.

Cashier/Traffic Director

Cashier/Traffic director will manage traffic flow during event days. Responsibilities include working with your team to direct cars into available spaces according to traffic plan, as well as assuring that garage spaces are maximized.

Valet

Valet is responsible for inspecting, retrieving, parking, and accounting for customers’ vehicles. Must know how to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Retail Associate, Arena

The Retail Sales Associate's main responsibility is to sell merchandise and attend to customers in the Kaseya Center store and counters. This position entails on stocking, visual merchandising and cashier duties. Excellent customer service skills are expected at all times.
