The Miami HEAT is seeking a Technology Services Training/Engagement Intern! In this position, you will assist in ensuring that I.T. services are providing maximum business value and I.T. investments are utilized efficiently. You will work closely with the I.T. Services manager to help strategize the rollout, implementation and/or adoption of new or current I.T. services. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering engaging training materials to support our end users’ needs. This internship offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for technology with your talent for public speaking and presentation.
