Digital Media Strategist

Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT marketing team is hiring a Digital Media Strategist! To be successful in this role, you should have strong strategic, analytical, and technical skills in the paid search and social spaces, and a driving passion for performance marketing. This is a senior role within a growing team that impacts multiple revenue streams across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of paid media allocation, implementation, optimization, and reporting across all key performance marketing initiatives (e-commerce, ticket sales, lead generation, corporate sponsorship)

  • Lead development of long-term strategies that improve impact on the business while meeting efficiency goals

  • Leverage data and insights to inform how paid works across the customer journey

  • Initiate experimentation, using test-and-learn methods to advance marketing insights and customer intelligence

  • Collaborate with creative, content, influencer, and business intelligence teams to generate hard-working digital campaigns

  • Work closely with marketing analytics, retail, and ticket sales teams to ensure sales and conversion objectives are met throughout all paid channels

  • Contribute to internal reporting and discussions surrounding ad performance data, KPI benchmarking, and ROI

  • Approximately 4-6 years of relevant work experience, primarily in a performance marketing capacity

  • Advanced technical skills across Meta Ads and Google Ads are required. Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and programmatic is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DataStudio

  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript and tag implementation is a plus
