Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT is seeking a coachable individual with a strong work ethic to serve as our Digital Media Strategist! The Digital Media Strategist will be responsible for implementing strategic advertising campaigns to increase website traffic, sales, and revenue. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our advertising efforts to maximize ROI and achieve our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Google Ads Campaign Strategy and Management
    • Assist in developing comprehensive Google Ads strategies for both ticket sales and retail ecommerce segments.
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to find opportunities and trends.
    • Build and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Maximize first party data to facilitate targeting strategy in alignment with other marketing channel operators
  • Paid Social Campaign Execution
    • Assist in paid social campaign/ad build execution for all areas of the business
    • Optimize ongoing paid social campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Performance Analysis
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices.
    • Implement Google Ads policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management, with a focus on ticket sales and retail ecommerce.
  • Proven experience in Paid Social (Meta,Twitter,Tiktok) campaign management, with a focus on ticket sales and/or retail ecommerce preferred
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mentality.
