As part of our internal recruitment team, you will play a key role in the journey of our candidates and hiring managers as we strive to hire great people in a timely and efficient manner. In this role you would work closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate interview bookings, align diaries, complete right to work checks and closely support candidates through the interview and recruitment lifecycle.

Following a successful recruitment process, you would then be the point of contact for candidates as we prepare and issue employment contracts and support our new employees through the pre-boarding and onboarding stages. This role involves both system and manual data input, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting with our early careers programs and other project work associated with recruitment and hiring.

Key Accountabilities (Duties)

Undertake recruitment team activities with PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Innovation, Determination & Excellence) including:

  • Responsible for recruitment queries via email and telephone.

  • Completion of background checks for candidates to be offered.

  • Posting and ensuring accuracy of recruitment advertisements.

  • Compiling and fact checking offer documents and contracts.

  • Supporting the setup of interviews for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Communicating with candidates, hiring managers and the wider HR team as appropriate.

  • Support in the production of data and analysis of data where appropriate.

  • Hold regular meetings to discuss live role status and actions needed to move them forward.

  • Facilitate assessment events as required.

  • Completing expense claims for candidates’ reimbursement.

  • Supporting on Ad Hoc campaigns and Recruitment / HR activities as appropriate.

  • Ensuring needs from the business are prioritised accordingly and delivered upon in a timely manner.

  • Delivering excellent service to our customers.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a general administrative role is essential.

  • Recruitment administration experience is desirable.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel in particular).

  • Proficient in time management.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • A strong communicator and people person.

  • Adaptable and driven.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (excel, PowerPoint etc).

  • Experience in a HR setting.

  • Accreditation from CIPD desirable.
