We are looking for a Team Content Producer to join our Digital Media and Content team. As Team Content Producer you will be encouraged to contribute to creative development process and generate creative and original content across all LA Clippers platforms. You will shoot, edit and produce a high volume of short-form feature projects throughout the NBA calendar including games, practices and events. This role will require travel.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a deep understanding of content distribution, be up to up-to-date on industry trends and practices, and be a great teammate who is willing to do what it takes to craft top-quality content.
This is a full-time role based out of our DTLA office and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including health insurance, Wellbeing Allowance and 401(k) with company contribution.

What You Will Do
Produce highly creative, fast-turnaround content optimized for social consumption while maintaining brand integrity.
Ability to capture compelling still photos and video (action and lifestyle) as determined by content strategy.
Provide and oversee coverage for Clippers non-basketball events including but not limited to, community relations events, ticket sales events, basketball camps, etc.
Ability to capture and produce personality driven content and bridge the gap between players and fans.
Travel to team events (in season and off-season) will be required.
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of team content experience in college or professional sports.
Working knowledge of all software necessary to create content including non-linear editing, photo editors, and basic visual effects.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Ambitious spirit and willing to take initiative with projects.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Fluent knowledge of the NBA is required.
Able to work long, irregular hours and lift to 30lbs.
Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 annual compensation.
Compensation offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidates job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
