Basic Function: Responsible for servicing/renewing all assigned Club Seat members in premium areas.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned Club Member accounts to execute the renewal, retention and touchpoint goals.
  • Oversee service aspects of assigned Premium areas on gamedays including general operations.
  • Texans representative when working with food and beverage related to service opportunities.
  • Keep Archtics system current regarding Directors and Chairman’s club seats.
  • Assist with hosting various events throughout the year for Club Seat Members.
  • Track all account activity with customers in the CRM and/or Archtics database.
  • Retain relationships with clients through creative means; including but not limited to personalized outreach, gameday visits, non-gameday events, in-person meetings and surprise and delights.
  • Assist with development and execution of staff training programs.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the departmental leadership.

Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.


Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with hands-on approach towards business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines.
  • Ability to apply effective problem-solving and customer service skills to job duties.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Ability to react and respond to immediate needs while managing day to day activities.
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (“CRM”) system applications.
  • Familiarity with Archtics ticketing software system.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum two to three (2-3) years working in a customer service role required.
