This role is specifically for a highly experienced and talented individual to work as part of the local Academy team as a leading figure for our Pre-Academy recruitment. Your responsibilities will not be limited to the Pre-Academy but you will have a prominent role in the identification, recruitment and retention of our best future talents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To manage your individual weekend schedule and regularly attend fixtures within your region or across your phase.
- Complete weekly scouting reports on players identified in local area.
- Network with other scouts within the local Academy scouting team to share information on potential target players.
- To keep the Local Recruitment Manager (U7-10) informed of high potential players across the club’s catchment.
- To periodically attend our Elite Pre-Academy sessions at Motspur Park along with your local Pre-Academy centre.
- To support with the ongoing communication to the families of players within our Pre-Academy Centres programmes and on trial as and when required.
- To support the delivery of Pre-Academy events and TID programmes as and when required.
- Participate in scouting team meetings to further discuss succession planning and their identified target players.
- To attend department meetings and participate in all CPD and required safeguarding training when appropriate.

• To complete the Fulham safer Working Practice Workshop as part of induction and the FA Safeguarding Children
workshop; and
• To monitor repeated incidents of poor behaviour and liaise with their DSO or Head of Safeguarding.
