The Club's Head of Ticketing Operations will have responsibility for managing the Ticket Office and fulfilling all the Club's ticketing requirements, including away tickets and supporter travel requirements.
This is an extremely exciting time in the Club’s history with the Riverside Stand construction well underway, the successful candidate will lead the team at a crucial time and be part of the next chapter in the Club’s development.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in developing strategies to attract, grow and retain attendances at Craven Cottage
We’re looking for an ambitious individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, with a positive and professional attitude. Previous knowledge of both Venuemaster and Fortress access control systems are desirable
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate your ability plan, prioritise and organise.
