The local Academy scouting team is responsible for identifying and monitoring players either from grassroots or other Academies in the local area. They will complete reports on players and share information with other Academy staff to develop a range of player intelligence across the local area.
We are seeking highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our Academy Talent ID and Recruitment department. These will be casual scouting roles with individuals working within specific regions and age ranges to support the identification and recruitment of players in and around the local area.
We are looking for scouts that live within reach of one/or more of the below locations with a high level of existing relationships and stakeholders within the area.

Reporting to the Local Recruitment Managers, candidates must have extensive experience within TID and Recruitment, either having worked at another Academy in a similar role or having experience working across grassroots Football in their local area. Candidates must have an in-date FA safeguarding certificate, as well the FA Talent ID Level 2 award. We will complete a background check (DBS) as part of the process.
