Membership Services Representative

Job Summary

The Membership Services Representative will be responsible for not only renewing season ticket member accounts on an annual basis while providing the highest level of customer service to all season ticket holders of FC Dallas, but also exemplifying best practices and leadership in the Membership Services department.

Primary responsibilities are to cultivate strong relationships through outbound phone calls, out of office appointments and in-game meetings in addition to training and low-level resolution for Membership Services Representatives.

This individual must demonstrate a high level of energy and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly verbal, as well as strong organizational skills.

This is not a work from home position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and annual renewal of all FC Dallas Season Ticket Members.
  • Plan and execute all service tactics and call campaigns to build relationships and strengthen retentionefforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Fulfill season ticket member requests and questions via email, phone and face-to-face meetings in atimely manner.
  • Develop beneficial relationships with existing season ticket members to maximize cross selling andreferral opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed database of client information and touch points for all season ticket members.
  • Work all FC Dallas Home Games as well as other out of office events.
  • Take an active role in the planning and execution of various season ticket member events.
  • Act as source of information and training, as well as low-level resolution within the Membership ServicesI boldepartment.
  • Manage assigned reporting, as well as updating the Membership Wiki.
  • Assist in managing team-building and skill-building within the department.
  • Ability to work, weekends, nights, holidays, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 or more years’ experience in Sports Industry or administration field preferred.
  • Provide helpful and courteous customer service and can problem solve as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and works well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
