FC Dallas Youth Juniors Administrator

The purpose of the Juniors Administrator is to provide administrative and operational support for the FC Dallas Youth Juniors program. This role reports to the Director of Youth Operations. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is proactive.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the local youth soccer market, structure, and how these apply to our programs.
  • Administrative and clerical responsibilities including team/player financials and registration paperwork, etc.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of player database.
  • Provide customer service to parents, coaches, and team managers.
  • Liaison between youth soccer associations and leagues.
  • Assist with youth development initiatives including tryouts, uniforms, college programs, combines, tournaments, or other as directed.
  • This position will require flexible hours to include some evenings and weekends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 or more years’ experience in Sports Industry or administration field preferred
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
