Executive Assistant Intern

Job Summary

We staff all events held at Toyota Stadium year-round, including FC Dallas matches, high school sports, and concerts. This role is an hourly event-based position that will consist mostly assisting the Executive Assistant with the preparation and execution of the National Soccer Hall of Fame Weekend.

To be successful as an intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by Team Leaders.

Must be local!

Position pays $8.00 per hour and is NON Negotiable!

Responsibilities

  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and judgment skills when handling guest management and other event preparation.
  • Should be a self-starter to complete projects and administrative duties.
  • As needed, take the initiative for new and unique projects that arise through the preparation and execution of events.
  • Must be able to collaborate and work alongside multiple entities toaccomplish projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must have access to laptop or computer to perform duties remotely as needed
  • Exceptional customer-service skills. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who will create a welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Advanced experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Excellent planning & organizing skills.
  • Must be enrolled as a college student.
  • Ability to be available an avg of 25 hrs per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Customer service experience.
