Job Title: Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary:
FC Cincinnati is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support the Manager of Recruiting and Onboarding, with all recruiting and onboarding needs. This role will be deeply involved in the hiring process, actively supporting key interactions throughout each stage, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What Youâll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to include candidate attraction, systems administration, interview scheduling, onboarding, and providing administrative support.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to generate quality pipelines, using various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle, identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and candidate selection.
- Manage and attend collegiate recruiting programs and career fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continued improvement.
- Assist in the seasonal hiring process for TQL Stadium/West End Ventures employees.
- Support the intern training and development program to provide quality internship experience.
- Keep current with the industry by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding and following current legislation; enforce regulations with managers, recommend new procedures, conduct training, staying compliant with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the companyâs culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
What Youâll Need:
- Detail oriented and the ability to organize and perform with accuracy and within deadlines
- Professional appearance and behavior; High level of integrity with sensitive and/or confidential information
- 2-4 yearsâ experience with full cycle recruiting
- Solid knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws and statutes
- Recruiting and interviewing skills including in person, phone, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills
- Bilingual preferred
