Sitting within the Commercial Department, Ticketing (along with Host City Rights Management, Commercial Rights Delivery, Partnerships integration, Licensing and Retail, and FIFA Fan Festival]) aims to deliver the most engaging, innovative, and accessible World Cup experience for all athletes, fans, partners, and the community.

Reporting organizationally to the Director of Ticketing and Hospitality, the Ticketing Business Administration Senior Coordinator will help serve Ticketing efforts for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ that for the first time ever, is hosting 48 teams and 1,200+ players across 3 countries and 16 venues. This role will be responsible for facilitating office organization and communication by performing and managing administrative duties related to the Ticketing project.

THE POSITION

Supporting the implementation of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ FIFA Ticketing Project, this role will work closely with all Ticketing teams, FIFA Functional areas and relevant LFS stakeholders ensuring that administrative tasks are managed, monitored, and completed in alignment with relevant deadlines.

The main responsibilities of the Ticketing Business Administration Senior Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ include:

  • Oversight of all Ticketing administration in LFS26
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating all office related administration tasks, specifically in relation to office management.
  • Ensuring administration alignment between the respective Ticketing offices
  • Developing the administrative plan for recording and maintaining well-organised files and records of business activity, to be the standard across all Ticketing offices.
  • Coordinating level appropriate communication flow and reporting to Director of Ticketing and Hospitality, LFS26 Management and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Director of Ticketing and Hospitality overall leadership and development responsibility for the dedicated LFS26 ticketing team.
  • Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for ticketing staff.
  • Collaborating effectively and cross-functionally with all Ticketing teams.
  • Supporting with ad-hoc Ticketing project related tasks such as Workshop, meeting and training support (i.e., scheduling appointments, preparing for meetings, taking minutes etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the sports industry.
  • Proven experience in large-scale and international events as well as some degree of project management.
  • Great communication skills, both regarding internal and external stakeholders.

Language

  • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.

Technology

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
