Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager, Technical Infrastructure, the Manager, Power will be a key member of the FIFA26 Infrastructure & Technical Services team, and work in close collaboration with FIFA Zurich key collaborators and other key individuals responsible for planning and delivery of the Venue & Overlay Power Solutions.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Manager, Power for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
• Working with key non broadcast FIFA functional areas to refine their power requirements at Stadiums and other official sites
• Working with the stadium power teams to ensure the seamless delivery of the Venue and Overlay Power solutions
• Monitoring and controlling Venue Power Consumption.
• Monitoring and coordinating the progress and quality of the Venue and Overlay Power setup ensuring it is in line with the requirements
• Working with training sites and other official sites to ensure compliance to FIFA Standards
• Coordinating the conducting of the necessary stress tests on the Venue and Overlay Power setup across all FIFA official sites
• Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Planning and delivering Power solutions at large scale sport events
• Planning and delivering Power solutions at Stadiums
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
