Reporting organizationally to the Senior Manager, Fleet Management Transport the Manager, Fleet Operations will be a key member of the FIFA26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with Referees, VVIP, FIFA Delegates, FIFA Workforce, Arrivals and Departures and other key individuals responsible for delivering the efficient and effective operation of our Fleet.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Manager, Fleet Operations for the FIFA World Cup 26β’ include:
- Manage all aspects of Fleet operations, working close to the Transport Client Service Team providing a reliable, on-time and outstand service for each of the established FIFA Client Constituent Groups
- Oversee Fleet Operations over the FWC 2026 event footpring
- Optimize Fleet performance, developing, and ensuring compliance of Service Level Agreements, Policies and Procedures, Operational Plan and Reports
- Produce and Review Operational Documents such as Operational Plan, Policies and Procedures, SLAs, and additional documents to support the implementation of the operations
- Assist on staff training program
- Overview the Operations at the HC and any Official Venue;
- Analyze, make recommendations, and prepare operational reports for the solution of fleet issues
- Attend meetings (on-line and in-presence) and site inspections when required
- Train and oversee HC Staff performance
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Transportation Managment for Major Events Industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
