This Dishwasher position will require you to work at the Colorado Rockies Major League Baseball facility at Coors Field during the months of operation. This position will require you to take direction from the managing staff while working in accordance with the Culinary-Nutrition Department. The individual accepting this position will be a key part in upholding the standards and practices that have come to be expected by this team. The individual must be able to maintain a self-motivated, positive attitude while being able to collaborate with others, as well as execute tasks independently.


  • Cleaning dishes in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining room.
  • Assist in daily shutdown procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation practices required by the state of Colorado.


  • Take direction from the Lead Chef, Sous Chef, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining room, and dish area.
  • Upkeep of necessary equipment.


  • The Dishwasher position requires said employee to operate dishwashing equipment around both hot and sharp objects. Employees must be able to lift objects as heavy as 50 pounds and work on their feet for 8-10 hours per day.
  • The Dishwasher will be required to work morning & afternoon shifts as well as weekend shifts.


  • $19.16 per hour. This is a temporary status, seasonal position not eligible for all company benefits.
