POSITION SUMMARY:

It is the primary responsibility of the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse Receptionist to answer all incoming calls, greet incoming guests, provide excellent customer service, be knowledgeable and informative regarding building, events and activities information at FieldHouse.

This is a part-time, temporary position that works weekdays (Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM). This position will work a minimum of 2 days per week for 3 months.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a quick, friendly, knowledgeable and informative manner.
  • Transfers calls as required to the appropriate team or team member.
  • Answer questions; provide accurate information regarding events, hours of operations, promotions, and directions.
  • Answer guests’ questions about Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse events and activities.
  • Greet guests, clients, partners, visitors, team members and others at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
  • Offer high level customer service to all team members and guests.
  • Monitor activities at entrances.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and willingness to assist all guests whenever possible.
  • Clear verbal communications skills to represent Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in an intelligent, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Highly verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to all callers, guests and team members.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
