The Huntington Bank Guest Services Team is seeking individuals interested in part-time/seasonal employment at Huntington Bank Field. Our Event Team Members play a pivotal role in creating world class experience for our guests, from the moment they enter the Stadium until the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, self-motivated people who are obsessed with providing unparalleled customer service to each of our guests. Positions:
Elevator Operator - Team Members will transport guests to the appropriate level of the Stadium.
Guest Relations Team Member - Team Members will enthusiastically greet guests and will provide assistance through extensive knowledge of Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
Suite Attendant - Team Members will provide world class service to our Suite Guests.
Usher - Team Members are to ensure that each guest may enjoy the event without disruption from others. These responsibilities include assisting guests in locating their seats, keep the aisles and walkways clear, and delivering the best fan experience possible.
Mobility Assistance Team Member - Team Members are responsible for transporting guests with limited mobility to and from their seats.
