Description
The Cleveland Browns Foundation is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join the department for the 2024 NFL season. This position will assist with event activation, support execution of Foundation fundraisers, such as the 50/50 raffle, as well as support the Foundation with ongoing logistical and administrative needs related to programming and team duties. Candidates must be organized, quick-learners, and self-starters.

Responsibilities Include

  • Support Foundation fundraising efforts including planning and volunteer logistics for the 50/50 raffle during Cleveland Browns home games
  • Assist with game day initiatives and elements such as on-field needs, special guest logistics, ticket distribution to partners and Tickets 4 Kids program
  • Assist with execution of internal and external marketing and communication plans for Foundation initiatives including Stay in the Game! Attendance Network
  • Support department and team events including Cleveland Browns Training Camp, school visits and game day
  • Manage department inventory and distribution to partner school districts
  • Maintain and log all communication assets, including photos, videos, stats, marketing & media coverage
  • Assist day-to-day foundation administrative needs including grant management, reporting, and tracking

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (including nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Willingness and eager to learn
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to carry and lift heavy items

Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient at Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Canva or other design program preferred
  • Experience planning and implementing community events is a plus
